27-05-2016 Hunger Fast 100% successful at CHTD

        Hunger Fast agitations conducted by United Forum of AIBSNLEA and AIGETOA turns out to big success in Chennai Telephones. Even in the Agni Nakshatra- peak temperature  also our comrades have energetically participated and made Hunger Fast a big success.

Chennai Telephones and Tamilnadu Circle jointly conducted HUNGER FAST at CGM TN Circle Office on 25-05-2016 and at O/o CGM CHTD on 26-05-2016. Third day Hunger fast is successfully going on at CGM TN Circle Office.

Circle President AIBSNLEA CHTD, Circle Secretaries AIBSNLEA- CHTD and TN Circle, Circle Secretaries AIGETOA- CHTD and TN Circle, Office Bearers, Branch Secretaries and Members were present in large numbers for extending their support to the ongoing agitations.   

Frustration of Employees against BSNL Management have reached its peak, in non resolving of long pending issues like E2,E3 implementation, CPSU cadre hierarchy, 30% Super annuation benefits for BSNL Recruitees, Other pending HR issues etc.  

Support for DR JTOs was extended by AIBSNLEA in fight for cadre wise Pay Scale implementation (CPSU Hierarchy) and TBP in each 5 years. Com S. Sivakumar CS AIBSNLEA TN Circle rendered a motivating speech by discussing details of issues faced by Employees of BSNL and emphasized that  Future of BSNL is in hands of young JTOs.

Com P.Udaya Suriyan CS AIBSNLEA CHTD gave enlightened speech in the Hunger Fast meet on “Leaders Role in achieving the goal  and importance of Work to Rule”.  CS also addressed various points in the Agenda for Hunger Fast.

Office Bearers/Senior Members also shared their views on the current Management Policies. 

 

 

23-05-2016 Joint Hunger Fast at CGM BSNL TN Circle

All the  CO Bearers/ BO Bearers of AIBSNLEA CHTD are requested to co-ordinate the members for participating in the ongoing “Hunger Fast” activities at CHTD.

AIBSNLEA CHTD and TN Circle are jointly conducting the “Hunger Fast” infront of O/o CGM TN Circle on 25/5/2016 at 10:00 to 18hrs, considering the non availability of space due to Rainwater Sewage/Drainage construction  works doing by Chennai Corporation infront CGM CHTD office.

Work According to Rules” with effect from 25th May 2016 (10:00 Hours) till the settlement of demands.

All Comrades are requested to participate in the “Hunger Fast” and make it a grand success.Appeal by CHQ on 24/05/2016.

For Immediate implementation of the decisions taken in the meeting held on 14.12.2015 issued vide minutes of the meeting through letter no. BSNL/7-3/SR/2015 dated 14.12.2015 i.e.

1. Immediate implementation of the recommendation of the committee headed by Sh. M. A. Khan, ED (NB) on standard E2 & E3 scales for JTO & SDE Equivalent executives and CPSU Cadre Hierarchy in BSNL, scrapping of the MT, DGM RRs altogether.
2.  Extending 30% Superannuation benefit to the BSNL recruited employees.
3.  Resolution of various other long pending HR issues like taking urgent necessary action for:
a. Immediate conduction of various CPCs in all the disciplines to fill up the vacant Group-‘A’ and Group-‘B’ equivalent posts in a time bound manner, notional pay fixation of all upgraded pay-scales w.e.f. 01.10.2000, one time relaxation to Steno Grade-III for their promotion to PA cadre, settlement of Pay Anomaly cases where junior executives are drawing more pay than senior executives, special recruitment drive for hard tenure/shortfall circles, FR 22(I)a(i) pay fixation to officiating JTOs, restructuring of AD (OL) cadres, finalization of new SDE RR 2014 in line with association suggestions.
b. Settlement of Rule-8 transfer cases, Pay loss to JTOs/JAOs recruited after 01.01.2007 and fixation of pay in respect of departmental outsider (TTA) appointed as JTOs, extension of E1+ 5 advance increment benefit to JTO (SRD)/JAO 2013 batch, PA Cadre and diversion of 50% MT Quota CAO Posts to seniority quota and other long pending HR issues submitted earlier.
