AIBSNLEA was formed on 1st May 2004 by merging of 10 DoT recognized Gr.B Associations namely TESA (I), AFSOA, AIJTOA, AIPTCE (Gr. B), AIPTEE (Gr. B), AIJEA, AIPTAA, ABDRA, AITSA and BSNLEA.
