Our CS attended the Mela at Chrompet and Guindy Bus stand and wished the participants. Public intervention was very positive at these centres, and public was demanding for more such initiatives. CS request the authorities to keep necessary stock for SIM cards and fast activation of SIM cards sold during Mela. Also it is requested to the Area DGMs to monitor for immediate action towards provision of new Broadband and landline bookings received through Mela. 

CS attended the inaugural function  at KK Nagar for  Melas (SWAS) conducted from 10th to 12th August 16 at 12 prominent locations .CGM  in her inaugural address expressed her concern that CHTD is lagging behind when compared to other circles like Bangalore TD.CGM gave inspirational speech and motivated the staffs and officers to work hard  and  no area should be called as TNF area and connections should be given in all areas through our different networks.

Circle Secretary honoured CGM with Shawl on behalf of KK Nagar Branch and Sri.Rajagopal BP, Sri.Jagannathan BS , Sri.Suresh kumar  FS and Sri.Raghunathan CEC Member and en mass all KKN members participated in the function. CS addressed and requested all staff and officers for mobilizing the new lines and to retain the existing customers .There were 80% customers penetration in Hastinapuram RSU, KK Nagar MSU and Lakshmipuram RSU in June 2012.But now it is drastically reduced.Customers are having faith in BSNL still and we have huge infrastructure .If we take initiative  and attend to customers politely ,we can be well ahead of our competitors. In CSC , customers should be treated with due respect and serve them with smile.
