United Forum of BSNL Executive Associations comprising, AIBSNLEA, SNEA and AIGETOA conducted Lunch Hour Demonstration at CGM CHTD Office on 23-08-2016 at 01.30pm. Circle Presidents, Circle Secretaries and other Circle and Branch Office bearers shared their points on the demands 

  1. Immediate replacement of intermediary pay scales of E1-A & E2-A by standard pay scales of E2 and E3 for JTO and SDE equivalent cadres w.e.f 01.01.2007 as per the recommendation of Joint Committee.

  2. Extending 30% superannuation benefit to BSNL recruited Employees as per the recommendation of 2nd PRC.

  3. Implementation of CPSU cadre Hierarchy as per the recommendation of Joint Committee.

Leaders of all Associations were invited by CS for addressing the gathering. Com A.Shanmugasundara Rajan CS/SNEA CHTD, Com S. Uma Chandran CS/AIGETOA CHTD, Com S.Jayakumar NTEA/CHTD delivered motivating speech during the demonstration.

A strong message was given to BSNL Management by the Associations by uniting together for the long pending common demand. It was once again proved that employees of BSNL can stand under one umbrella without seeing Association, Age, Cadre and Beneficiary for getting justice to our staff.
