The implementation of the DoT order No. 40-12/2004-Pen(T)(Pt), dtd 5th JuIy, 2Ol7 is kept in abeyance till further orders both in case of serving as well as retiring employees, after Hon’ble Tribunal of Jaipur Bench of CAT has ordered for staying any pay revision and recoveries till the next date of hearing.
