It is hereby notified that the 6th Circle Conference of AIBSNLEA-Chennai Telephones will be held on19th & 20th December 2017 in Chennai to transact the following business.

1) Adoption of the report to be placed by the Circle Secretary

2)  Passing of the Audited Statements of Income and Expenditure of  the Association to be placed by the Finance Secretary

3)  Resolutions on welfare and organizational matters

4)  Any other items with the permission of the Chair

5)  Dissolution of the existing Circle body  and Election of new Office  Bearers.

A detailed Agenda will be circulated before start of the delegate session.
