02-02-2018 AGB Meeting of Ambattur Branch

The AGB of AIBSNLEA-AMB Branch was conducted at 17.00 Hrs on 1-02-2018,in the Ambattur Telephone Exchange complex. The meeting was attended by our, CS, FS, V.P Com.Mahesh, ACS Com.Rajnarayanan, ACS Com.P.Ramalingam, and OS-North Com.P.Vijayasarathy.

Com.P.Udayasuriyan our OS-S-CHQ was the special invitee and the whole meeting was nicely arranged by the outgoing Secretary Com.P.Ramalingam.

After self introduction, there was an interactive session wherein our members submitted their views on shortage of materials like Drop Wire,5 pair & 10 pair cables, shortage of staff, lack of working PCs & Printers, and unequal distribution of works amongst Executives apart from acute shortage of Vehicle that hamper developmental activities. CS assured that the points were already taken up with the PGM-North and it will be pursued for early settlement.  The active involvement of our members during the ongoing Satyagraha in their respective Area was well appreciated.

Our OS-South – CHQ in his special address elaborated the initiative of AIBSNLEA towards achieving 3^rd PRC and advised the members to remain united till the final goal is attained.

As a mark of respect to Com.Sri.D.Hariharan JTO-Retired and an active member of our Association earlier, who expired on 01-02-2018, all the members stood in silence for two minutes and prayed for the soul to rest in peace.
