CS & FS met our CGM today and submitted our views in the form of a letter aimed towards improvement of Revenue and services.
Though busy after returning yesterday night only from HOCC meeting, CGM madam spared some time for us and we mainly insisted on strengthening TXM and re introduction of CRM concept to achieve better results. We also requested CGM to consider shifting of EB wing from harbour to a centralised place for easy access of all especially our corporate customers.
