03.10.2019 Retirement on VRS

The staff and officers of West Business Area arranged a well-organized Felicitation function at Kodambakkam Exchange Premises on 3-10-2019 at 16.00 Hrs. to honor the following officers who have opted for VRS from 03-10-2019.

  3. S.Meenakshi AO-Pay-West
  4. Kiruthiga Balaji AO-TR-West

AIBSNLEA was represented by CS Com.J.Badrinarayanan, ACS Com.K.Rajnarayanan, CWC Member Com.S.Suresh &CEC member Com.Bhaskar apart from Branch office bearers of WBA.  The meeting was chaired by Smt.Chitra Baskaran DGM-Finance WBA & Sri.K.Rajasekar DGM-Kodambakkam. Our Circle President Com. R.Srinivasan also greeted these officers personally later in the day.

All the senior officers &colleagues, who felicitated the retiring (VRS) Executives, hailed their work culture, sincerity and dedication. Further some of them even explained how the best benefits of Pay fixation were granted to all the staff and officers of West Area, even without any individual intervention.  Smt.S.Meenakshi AO& Smt.Kiruthiga Balaji AOwere emotional in their response to our felicitations. Smt.Jayanthi Ponnammal CAO-IFA & Sri.C.Jeyaraman CAO kept their cool throughout the function and extended their best wishes and advice to the serving employees.

Com.C.Jeyaraman CAO, Com.S.Meenakshi AO & Com.Kiruthiga Balaji AO has contributed Rupees one thousand each as Donation to AIBSNLEA-Chennai.

Upon Listening to the speeches of the Executives who have opted for VRS, it can be observed that they have submitted their VRS option purely due to health &family situations and they also felt that “We are unable to justify the salary that is paid to us by BSNL as we could not offer the required output to our beloved company in this hour of crisis due to health and family constraints”.  Comrades, this particular message from our retiring (VRS) colleagues should be taken to heart by each one of us seriously and make a self-introspection.If all of us exhibit the same spirit and enthusiasm in work as exhibited by these retiring (VRS) comrades, it is definite that our beloved company will bounce back in the near future.
